The Golden Age
This was a self-imposed 30 day challenge to create a new poster design each day. Throughout that time I was able to increase my capabilities and efficieny as a designer, and discover a more definite personal style for this type of approach.
Each poster had to be done with a limited color palette and a focus prompt that would connect with the golden age theme.
By definition: “Golden Age denotes a period of primordial peace, harmony, stability, and prosperity.” From this concept I was able to highlight a style in which design form, structure and creation were at the heart.
The Golden Age was an important step for my personal and professional development and has offered me deeper insights and experiences in the graphic design world. By the time I had finished this series, my capabilities had increased dramatically and I was able to not only work faster, but smarter and more organized.
